  4. The residents at 1225 Pelican Pl have a backyard that is atrocious. It is never mowed & the entire yard consists of huge weeds, 2’ wise, several feet tall. They have a large dog & the smell from all the feces is horrible. We have had to put out rat poison in our back yard for we have seen indications of rat nests & have currently found 2 dead rats (not mice) in our yard. Quite often the dog barks for hours & we have discussed this issue w/them with little to be done about this issue. Animal Control has been called several times by various neighbors for the dog has escaped from their yard. We are beginning to see this as a health issue.
